Shared Spaces Arts Festival 2022
Shared Spaces - a season of arts events and creative experiences celebrating our community spaces and promoting participation and engagement across the local area.
Following years of bubbling and understandably keeping our distance from one another, we felt it apt to theme this year’s Arts Festival around bringing people together once again into spaces we can all share. Warwick School, Warwick Preparatory School, and King’s High School now occupy a single campus and this Festival is a celebration of the dynamic and exciting opportunities offered in this shared space.
When we attend a concert, a play or take part in a workshop or activity we share space with others – gaining genuine shared experiences. We hope this Festival provides spaces of all kinds: spaces to move and dance, sing and shout and laugh and play and dare we say rest and reflect too!
The programme attached below has been compiled to give a flavour of the activities, performances, workshops, and showcases on offer this summer, so please check the Bridge House Theatre website for the most up-to-date information.
Saturday, 2 July - Family day, all welcome!
In particular, do join us on 2 July for a special Family Day featuring highlights from the previous month, performances, events, activities and displays all centred around the Steven’s Quad (a new space as it happens), formed by the arrival of the King’s High School/Warwick Prep Music department. This space will be the hub of the Family Day with a fabulous array of music and performance on offer. We think this quad will form a very special space to celebrate the arts and the spaces we can all share.
