The Admissions Process
Enquire with us - book onto an open event, request a prospectus, or get in touch with our helpful Admissions Team.
Visit us - book your place at one of our upcoming open events. We typically have an open evening in late June/early July and an open morning in early October. Sixth Form information evening takes place in mid-October. We can also offer individual private tours throughout the year.
Make your application online - upon receipt of your application, the Admissions Team will be in touch about entrance assessments and examinations. This is also the stage where relevant scholarship and bursary applications are submitted for consideration.
Sit the entrance assessments - our entrance examinations for Senior School take place in November the year before entry. Junior School assessments start in January during the year of entry. Please note that entrance to the Sixth Form is based on GCSE results.
Receive your offer - pending sufficient performance in the assessment, you will receive your offer of a place at the school. Scholarships and bursaries for relevant entry points are also offered at this stage. Sixth Form offers will be conditional upon GCSE results achieved in August.
Accept your offer - return the acceptance paperwork, together with the deposit, to confirm your child's place for September.
