FSE

The highest profile string orchestra within the Foundation, this is an auditioned ensemble of our most elite string players. Tackling professional level repertoire, the group rehearses on Tuesdays after school in the Rosscon Auditorium at King’s High.

Chamber Orchestra

Open to pupils in Years 10 and above, this ensemble of string instruments tackles seriously fun repertoire for performance at the major Warwick School concerts of the year. A range of abilities is welcome, with rehearsals taking place on Thursdays after school in the Pyne Room.

Premiere Strings

Open to players of all abilities in Years 7-9, this strings group plays repertoire that ranges from Bach to Bruno Mars, rehearsing on Monday lunchtimes in the Keyboard Room. All are welcome, no matter the prior experience!
