Fees

Following confirmation of the government change to legislation which requires us to add VAT to tuition fees from 1 January 2025, the fees below will apply for the Spring and Summer term of the 2024/25 academic year. Warwick Schools Foundation has been able to put in place a discount on the base fee in order to cushion the introduction of this policy for parents, so that after VAT has been added to the fee, the net increase to parents is partially mitigated. These new fees, together with the discount and VAT, are shown below. Please note that the discount is only applicable to fees which incur the 20% VAT charge.

Fees for the Academic Year 2024/2025 from 1 January 2025

Payment of Fees

School fees are billed termly and payment is due no later than the first day of each term. We prefer payment by termly direct debit - in order to set this up, please download a copy of the school’s direct debit form and send the completed copy to billing@warwickschools.co.uk.

Alternatively, parents can choose to spread the cost of their fees by paying in 12 monthly instalments, via Warwick Schools Foundation’s third party partner School Fee Plan. For more information please click here.  Eligibility for this scheme requires a credit check and an application, and more details on how to apply, plus costs, can be found on their website. Click here to access our page on the School Fee Plan website.

Withdrawal

In accordance with section 9 of the parent contract, parents wishing to withdraw a pupil for any reason must give a full term's written notice to the Head or Foundation Bursar on the Head’s behalf, otherwise a full term's tuition fees are payable.  A term's written notice means notice in writing given before the first day of a term and expiring at the end of that term.  Written notice applies to all activities including additional lessons such as music and LAMDA.

Insurance Schemes

Below are details of the insurance schemes which are available to you via the Foundation on the basis of the terms and conditions set by the insurers. The insurance schemes are administered by two pupil-focused insurance providers; Endsleigh Insurance Services Limited and Marsh Education Practice.  Information and details of how to subscribe are set out below.
