The U13A cricket team took on King Edward’s School, Birmingham in the County Cup final.
Warwick School hosted the first local fencing event since March 2020. A Year 8 Team Épée Competition’ attended by King Edward's Birmingham, RGS Worcester, Bromsgrove and two home teams.
The cast and crew of both the Year 8 and Year 9 productions of 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' have been working extremely hard rehearsing for the upcoming productions.
On Wednesday 16 June we welcomed England U18 Rugby Lead pathway coach Jon Pendlebury to Warwick School to coach our U14/U15/U16 and U17 teams.
After a week of developing their employability skills, a group of Year 11 students learnt about the psychology of team building in their Friday afternoon activities session.
Our Year 9 boys have been delighted to back to their Duke of Edinburgh's Award expeditions.
On Thursday evening Cornelius Adkins-Hudd discussed “The White Ship” with Earl Spencer. Earl Spencer describes being an historian as “people watching” and in his books he likes to take a dramatic moment of history and, as well as explaining it in colourful detail, examine its consequences.
“It is when we act freely, for the sake of the action itself rather than for ulterior motives, that we learn to become more than what we were. When we choose a goal and invest ourselves in it to the limits of concentration, whatever we do will be enjoyable.” (Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi)

A fantastic time had by all on our May Action programme.
With so much uncertainty in the world it has never been more important to show support to our former pupils as they remain a lifelong part of our Warwick School and King’s High communities. A mentoring scheme has been running over the past few months to connect recent leavers with experienced alumni and parents of our Foundation community.
On Friday 28 May, as the rest of school were drifting off the school site to begin their half-term break, over a hundred brave Year 7 boys and several members of staff remained. It was the night of the annual Year 7 Charity Sleepout.
