Over the weekend of 12 June, nine of our Year 9 teams completed their Bronze Expedition, walking around 35km over two days between Draycote Water and Burton Dassett. The conditions were challenging, with very hot weather, particularly on Sunday but all the groups coped well with the heat and stayed hydrated. The overgrown footpaths and hidden gates and stiles meant that navigation was tough and in some places the boys had to force their way through the vegetation. Well done to everyone involved!
