If you decide you would like your son to apply to Warwick Junior School please complete the application form below. At the same time the non-refundable registration fee of £100 is required payable by bank transfer (please use your son's name as reference).

A copy of your son’s birth certificate should be uploaded within the application (mandatory - please upload a copy of his full birth certificate which lists both parents) and his most recent school report (mandatory).
